吸附式干燥机也可以叫做微热再生吸附式干燥机,其主要构造的名称为:A塔、B塔、A进气伐、B进气阀、A再生伐、B再生伐、加热器、消音器、二位五通电磁气动阀、程控器、单相伐、节流孔板等部件组成。

工作的程序为:A塔吸附时-A进气伐(开)-B进气阀(关)-A再生伐(关)-B再生伐(开),这样压缩空气从A进气阀进入A塔,由下至上在经过塔体内的时候内部氧化铝或分子筛将水分吸附,干燥的空气就是这样出来的,2小时后切换至B塔吸附,所有的伐件与A塔吸附时的状态相反,由于上周期A塔吸附的水分存留在塔内吸附剂里,需要在B塔吸附的时间内把A塔的水分排出A塔外故叫做A塔再生,利用B塔吸附干燥后的空气,先经过节流孔板减压,再到加热桶内加热到160度左右,这样高温低压的干燥空气进入A塔,由上至下的将塔内的湿气水分排出塔外。

一个周期2小时到后在切换到A塔吸附B塔再生,其实就是1种干燥模式2个干燥系统,这样就不需要停机就可以源源不断的供应干燥的压缩空气了。

Tower B is used to adsorb the dried air, depressurize it through the orifice plate, and then heat it to about 160 degrees in the heating barrel. In this way, the dry air with high temperature and low pressure enters tower a, and the moisture in the tower is discharged out of the tower from top to bottom.

After a cycle of 2 hours, switch to tower a for adsorption and Tower B for regeneration. In fact, it is one drying mode and two drying systems, so that dry compressed air can be supplied continuously without shutdown.
